This is a design for a new loft condominium building for a site on 9th Avenue SW in Calgary, done as part of a study to demonstrate the potential for new housing in the downtown area.  The building would include 39 living units on the upper floors and commercial retail spaces on the ground floor.  All units would have south or west facing views.
